Effective January 1, 2020, insurance billing is being done in house. (Previously we had contracted Healthcare Billing LLC for all office accounting.) If you have any questions about a claim or patient bill, please contact us. In the unusual circumstance that you have a question that our front desk staff can’t answer, they will reach out to our billing manager, Jennifer.
- Insurance claims are electronically submitted on a weekly basis.
- Patient bills are sent out on a monthly basis. Patients are billed once we have a response from the insurance company.
- Patients with secondary insurance are billed after we have a response from the secondary.
