There’s nothing wrong with asking questions when in comes to insurance – a vigilant insurance consumer is a good one!
Effective January 1, 2020, billing is being done in house. (Previously we had contracted Healthcare Billing LLC for office accounting.)
Please note that because of this change, there will be delays in some insurance responses in the early part of 2020. In particular, there was a significant delay with Aetna and Medicare (This was an administrative delay on their end.) This is anticipated to be resolved by March 2020 so that those claims can be submitted.
