The office is open! You can reach us by phone for an appointment during office hours, or leave a message and we will call you back during office hours. All new patients require an appointment.
If you visit the office, please wear a mask as it is required for the safety of Dr. Mack and his staff, as well as other patients. Please limit the visit to just the patient (exceptions can be made for minors requiring treatment as well as patients who require assistance- just let us know.)

Monday : 9am-12pm & 1:30 – 6pm
Wednesday : 9am- 12pm & 1:30 – 6pm
Thursday: 1pm – 5:30pm
Friday: 9am – 11am
Established patients are always welcome on a walk-in basis. However, keep in mind that patients with scheduled appointments will be seen first.
